At Klemheistshop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below:
- Return Timeline:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please contact us within this timeframe.
- Condition for Returns:
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags still attached. Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, used, or do not have the original tags. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet these criteria. Please note that t-shirts are custom printed as per the order. Returned orders makes it nearly impossible to re-sell. Hence, a fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund for returned items. You are eligible for 100% refund only if you have received damaged product. We also advise you to kindly record your package unboxing to report damaged product.
- Quality Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has passed this inspection. You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your return and refund.
- Refund Process for Prepaid Orders:
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the same account used for the initial payment. You can expect the refund to be credited back to your account within 7 to 10 working days after the return has been approved.
- Refund Process for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed through NEFT to the bank account provided by the customer. The processing time for COD refunds is typically between 5 to 7 working days after the return has been approved.
